Antique 55 cm bronze gilded Monday Buddha statue Thailand

€ 495

XIX Thailand Rattanakosin Kingdom - Rama V period 1868-1910

A gilded bronze sculpture of a standing Pang Ham Yati (the Monday Buddha) holding his hands in a double abhaya mudra. He stands on a four-tiered octagonal lotus pedestal with a pointy railing. A very refined shaped face with a meditative expression.
This classical Buddha is dressed in full regalia, with a spire-type crown and royal upturned slippers.

It is in good condition for it's age, some railing on the pedestal is missing, possible point missing on the crown (difficult to see) and the smallest lotus pedestal tier has some wear around the feet. See the pictures.
