A watercolor painting dated 1910 and signed lower right Nikolai Vassilievich Nabokoff, a well known Russian artist that lived in Belgium from 1906 on. He was the architect of the Imperial Academy of Saint Petersburg and known for his highly refined and detailed watercolors. 
Depicting a Southern European village scene, in Spain or perhaps North Africa, with many details and vivid colors. 
In very good condition, behind glass in a later giltwood frame.
